  If you want great rooms, wonderful service, lovely food, quiet location, great pool, beautiful surroundings and lots to do in downtown Jerez, this is THE place to come. Free parking too :)

  When we checked in it was dead but the person on duty - at a scruff desk with machines and types of wires hanging from it - went into a fuss as if they were check us in at peak hour ...... it was a comedy. We did laugh and wasn't upset BUT we should have taken it as a sign of things to come

  When you check-in you don't just 'check-in' you actually go back in time to the 1980's. Think pastel colours, pinks, lilacs, washed lime greens and think plastics - laminate wood .......AWFUL

  I'd only recommend this place if you have no taste in furniture / decoration / style or design - i don't mean that in a bad way i mean it in the way that you are ' a person that just wishes for a bed to sleep ' on which it fits that purpose BUT for us we seek more from accommodation than that and also felt totally misled by the drivel on trip advisor

  We were due to stay in Jerez for a week. After checking in i desperately sought alternative accommodation but didn't trust any of the reviews for Jerez. We ended up staying just 3 nights of our 5 and took the 'paid in full' argument and reservation on the nose ........ we were just happy to leave

  Very nice place that has many small details that make it great. A little far from the historic pedestrian area, but not so much that it makes for an arduous walk. Mario and the entire front desk team were amazing. Very helpful without taking too much of your time.
